We do a lot of in-house training in our flight department. Each month a pilot presents a class of his or her own design. With three pilots, that means we each teach a class once a quarter.

The G450 electrical system is about as automatic and problem free as any on the airplane. As far as electrical systems go, it is certainly the best I've ever seen. Despite that, learning the system can take a while if you are new to the GV type.
